5. Credit Monitoring SubscriptionYou must maintain an uninterrupted subscription to the required credit monitoring service for the entire duration of the program. This subscription is essential to ensure monthly processing by Genius Credit Boutique.
   
6. Refund Request TimelineRefund requests must be submitted between days 91 and 120 after your first payment activates your account. Requests submitted after 120 days will not be eligible for review.
   
7. 30-Day Review PeriodUpon requesting a refund, Genius Credit Boutique will have 30 days to review your credit reports, audit your account, and verify that no negative items were removed.
   
8. Waiver of Refund EligibilityIf you continue participation in the program beyond 120 days, you waive your right to request a refund.
